- To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request an exchange authorization.
- Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate the exchange process, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item(s) promptly. Please note that shipping costs for returning the item(s) and for shipping the replacement item(s) may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will provide you with alternative options or issue a refund for the returned item(s).
